Salud Mental Oklahoma
Dare to be different? Join us at Salud Mental Oklahoma, where we don’t just follow the script; we rewrite it. Our Hispanic-centered mental health clinic is changing the game, and we’re looking for a therapist who’s got the guts to do meaningful work for a community that deserves it. You don’t need to speak Spanish to be part of our team—just bring your drive and open mind to work with an incredible, vibrant population.
About Us:
We’re not your run-of-the-mill clinic. Salud Mental Oklahoma is a fresh, dynamic mental health startup, created by therapists, for therapists. We’re the real deal—focused on making a difference, not checking corporate boxes. No cubicles, no corporate fads, and absolutely no empty promises. Our goal? To deliver real support to real people in real need. If you’re ready to skip the corporate small talk and get into the thick of it, you’ll fit right in.
Who We’re Looking For:
We want a fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW who is confident, secure, and ready to own the room. Forget micromanagement—you’re the pro, and we respect that. Bring your expertise, and we’ll handle the support. Together, we’ll keep things real and help our clients feel heard and empowered.
What We Stand For:
- Families first—always. We believe in supporting you and your loved ones.
- No scare tactics here. If you find a better fit elsewhere, we’ll cheer you on.
- Meetings? Only if absolutely necessary. We like to keep it lean and focus on what really matters.
- Zero tolerance for games. We handle issues directly, without vague “team talks” that leave you guessing.
Our Culture:
At Salud Mental Oklahoma, there’s no rat race. We believe in lifting each other up, not pulling each other down. No moody bosses or head games—just genuine people who care about their work, their community, and each other. We’re not interested in ego trips; we’re here for the impact.
Ready to ditch the corporate fluff and start doing meaningful work? If you’re ready to bring your whole self to the table, apply now. Let’s shake things up in mental health together.
